"This is a comfortable, well-equipped apartment, though the block it is in is rather run down. It is a little further from the old town than we would have liked, but very close to the Art Nouveau district, and there are some pleasant restaurants near by. The only fault with the actual flat is that there are no dining chairs (or armchairs) to sit on, just two hard wooden stools!"

"it is very good apartment. Very clean and very nice. Karina, the owner is very nice and kind. Its pity that maximum rate about owner attitude and about value for money is only 5 points. I would give 10 points. I was lucky with weather and could enjoy nice area around and in the evening I saw boats just through my window. Near the center - I didn't need to spend my money for transport or for taxi. I will recommend this place to all my friends. If I go to Riga next time, I would like to stay only there. Thank you very much!"

"It was really a nice experience!! The service was good and the apartment was more than what we were expecting. It is near to all the major attractions of HOLD RIGA, and not so far from the most famous CLUBs. The apartment is fully equipped for provide you a nice stay, but I have to said that we never use the Kitchen (only for the café!!!!). I would like to thank the owner of the apartment for her contribution to our relaxing and beautiful long week end!!!"

"Generally excellent; comfortable, lots of space, and a central location for the old town. Multiple sets of keys was invaluable and the airport pick-up very reasonable. There have been comments about the shower; the temperature issues have been resolved by a new boiler so there is no shortage of hot water now. The only problem is the low water pressure but we found it to be bearable."
