Entrance door with code, live security in the court yard for 24 hours, outside automatic lightening, nice private terrace. Describtion of rooms in the apartment: Bedroom 1: double bed, mirror, night tables, wardrobe. Bedroom 2: double bed, desk, chair, baby cot, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Folding sofa bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, TV set, coffee table. Living room: Folding sofa bed, single bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV set. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen( fridge, electrical oven, washing mashine, dishes, kettle, etc...). Bathroom 1: Jakuzzi, toilet, mirror, wash basin, hair dryer. Bathroom 1: Show&small bath, toilet, mirror, wash basin. There is Internet, Cabel TV.

| Commento: | Location was awesome and overall the appartment was clean and spacious. However kitchen didn't really fulfill our expectations as it was missing microwave ovens and oven wasn't in use. Bathrooms were missing floor drains and it took some time to get warm water. Everything with owner went well and we really enjoyed our stay in Riga! |

| Commento: | This was an extremely nice apartment. The location was very good and the owner was very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and I would definitly return there myself. |
