The apartment located in the very heart of the Riga, The Old Riga, 50m from Parlament building, 200m from President Palace, 30m from National Theatre. The are placed at the basement historical hause with archds, fire-place, over-painted ceilings. The all gives romantic other times atmosphere. And it is realy nice to sit by the fire-place and have some tee or drink after all day walking.

The kitchen is part of living room. It is not sutable grand cooking, but more for simple food. One electric stove, fridge and electric kettle. That is all from kitchen technic. Of corse we have pots, pan, tellers , glasses and so on.

| Comment: | A really fantastic place and value for money. You get into a secret cave decorated in a mysterious way a mixture of middle ages and some Indian flavour. It is in the basement of the old house, no windows, like a cave, quite, you sleep like a baby. You get a fireplace, flat TV where you can use dvd player only, but who cares when you have WIFI AND a long wire with internet, also music centre with radio and CDs (not mp3). Really really fantastic value for money 85 square meters at your disposal! The GSM coverage is only near the entrance, that's the only thing which worried me. Definitely coming back. |

| Comment: | Excellent value for money; everything went as planned; when we were there, one day it rained really hard through the afternoon and night - unfortunately there were small puddles in the cellar. I think the amout of rain in such a short period of time was exceptional. Regular rain won´t have this effect. Finding the electric light switches is a little challenge; all in all, if you are not too demanding, this is an excellent choice. Of course it´s not a 5* hotel, but what do you expect for this room rate? I would book it again the next time. I recommend it for younger people though, that don´t care much about the quality of matresses eg . the interior is special - if don´t look for the usual boring hotel room look, this is the place to stay. |
