Excellent location, in the Old Town of Riga with wonderful view over the Old Town. Near (in 1 minute by foot) are famous in Europe historical sights as St. Peter`s Church (one of the dominant landmarks of Riga with the observation platform with the beautiful panorama of Riga), St. John`s Church (the baroque-style altar, stained glass windows and statues of John the Baptist and Salome in the altar niches), St. George`s Church (the oldest stone building of whitewashed bricks in Riga, now it is the Museum of Applied Arts), the splendid gothic House of Blackheads (it was completely destroyed during WWII, now it is “reincarnated” from the ashes), the Town Hall Square, St. Roland Statue, the information Center, the Latvian Riflemen monument, the Occupation Museum of Latvia, the Mentzendorff`s House, Synagogue. The River of Daugava is just in 5 minutes of walking distance.

There are in 10 minutes National Opera (venue for opera, ballet and international performing artists), Dome Cathedral (the destination for world-class organ concerts), Small Guild (venue for small concerts), Wagner Hall (venue for small classical concers), Forum Cinemas (the second largest cinema complex in Northern Europe).
