Commento:	Visited and stayed one night on 02/11/2009. The apartment is spacious,totally renovated and comfortable, very clean and has all necessary stuff for short as well as longer stay. It can accomodate up to 6 people, but mostly comfortable would be for 4-5. The only heating is with air-conditionier, so it is good advantage in the autumn or spring when the centralized heating is not turned-on yet or already turned-off in the city. The bathroom has a big jacuzzi style bath-tub, just there was a small problem with water heating, so water was tepid. Area very silent, no traffic, all windows face courtyard. It takes ~30 min walk to the bus station, itinerary is very direct and simple to find. There are code gate to courtyard and code door to stairwell, so the apartment is secured well.

Commento:	It was a nice apartment, a good place to stay. Only the kitchen was not so well equipped. And the mattresses in the main sleeping room were saggy. ----------------------- Owner's reply: "This rating seams a bit austere. Rating 3 in owner attitude means providing extra bed linen, blankets and towels right away and after request providing additional new plates, knives and a pan, and some more towels. The mattresses in the larger bedroom are soft. Having exacting guests like Gunnar is good - I found out that one door is squeaky and that is fixed for the next guests :) Aiva"
