Commento:	The owner was very, very nice and the apartment suited us well. The flat was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was better stocked than many places we've stayed. The neighborhood has a dry cleaner, a grocery store, several restaurants and cafes, several shops, etc. There is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to "old town." Yes, we would definitely rent this flat, or any others from this owner again.

Commento:	Excellent location and very friendly owners. Brilliant location just 15 mins from the old town, and so cheap for the quality of the apartment. perfect for a stag do!!

Commento:	Apartment located in a nice calm area, but also at a reasonable distance from the old town. We stayed there (6 persons) for three nights and we felt comfortable. I strongly recommend this apartment. In addtion I'll add that the owner (Gloria) is really kind and eager to help.

Commento:	Very nice, spacious and clean apartment! The 2(!) bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice and hot. The owner (Gloria) is very kind and helpful. Although the apartment is near to the old town, it still takes about 20 minutes to reach it by foot. Very good value for money!!!

Commento:	I spent 3 pleasant nights in this very spacious apartment. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk from the old town but I still preferred to walk than take a taxi or bus/tram, because it is easy to find and the whole walk is through nice main streets. Inside it is fine, not completely renovated but pleasant, with wooden floor in some rooms and linoleum in the kitchen. From the kitchen you see the court, with a charming brick building. The kitchen itself is big and has all which is needed. The bathroom is also big with a bath tub and a cabin shower. The best part is the living room with wooden floor and leather sofas. I had the plus of a Christmas tree :) There are 3 rooms with two single beds each, two are on the street and a bit of noise from the street gets in (not too much, I could sleep easily anyway), while one is very quiet. There is a free view from those rooms as in front there is no building (it must be the only place in Riga!). The cable internet was fast and reliable. Gloria is very nice and lives just in front, so she is always there for you. Generally I would recommend it to groups of friends who like to stay in a nice and spacious environment.
