| Commento: | Points positifs : appartement très grand, très propre, très bien situé (vieille ville). Points négatifs : 5ème étage sans ascenseur, immeuble (cage d'escalier) un peu sale, wc dans salle de bain et pression d'eau très très faible. |

| Commento: | The apartment is in an excellent location - a 5 minute walk to the market, the heart of the old city and convenient to get to new Riga as well. There's a nice supermarket in the enclosed shopping mall at the end of the street which was very convenient for stocking the apartment for breakfast and snacks. The stairs up to the place are a bit dodgy, but not a real problem. The apartment has 2 enclosed bedrooms and an open loft space on the upper floor. This was ideal for our group and offered lots of flexible sleeping arrangements. The water pressure in the shower was a bit less than ideal, and we had trouble adjusting the temperature of all the faucets, but it wasn't anything serious. |

| Commento: | Generally excellent; comfortable, lots of space, and a central location for the old town. Multiple sets of keys was invaluable and the airport pick-up very reasonable. There have been comments about the shower; the temperature issues have been resolved by a new boiler so there is no shortage of hot water now. The only problem is the low water pressure but we found it to be bearable. |

| Commento: | On the negative side there were three points. First, it was a bit of a hike to climb five floors to the apartment. Secondly it is basically a two bedroom apartment and the three beds in the dorm like attic were basic with no wardrobe so you live out of your case. The biggest drawback was the shower which had very little water pressure and frequently went cold after only a minute. In addition while some fo my friends had a proper towel, the ones I had were tea towel size. On the positive, the place was comforable, clean and the airport pick up and service was very good. They aslo gave us three sets of keys which was useful; I know some landlords are relcutant to do this. Finally the position in the centre was excellent. Overall, good service, and good value for money but bring a towel! |
